The Faculty Association Political Action Committee (FACPAC) is a non-partisan, non-ideological organization committed to supporting the Maricopa Community Colleges' ongoing mission to provide high-quality post-secondary education to support the social and economic development of Maricopa County and the state of Arizona.

A strong community college system is essential to growth and economic development.  A strong community college system requires active and ongoing support from citizens.

Our Goals and Values

FACPAC is committed to fighting for:

  • a non-partisan governing board that puts teaching and learning first in all its decisions
  • supporting ballot initiatives, bond issues  that support the Maricopa Community Colleges
  • supporting candidates for Governing Board and the State Legislature that support the Maricopa Community Colleges
We believe that through political action and engagement, the Maricopa Community Colleges can become a  thriving and robust organization that enables students to achieve their goals and serve the greater good of the community.
