Personnel Officer

My name is Patty Finkenstadt, and I am serving as the Faculty Association’s Personnel Officer. I have been a Residential Faculty in the Biosciences Department at Phoenix College for 13 years, and have served in a variety of leadership roles almost from Day One.

As Personnel Officer, my role is multi-fold. I provide training and advice to members of FEC and to the faculty at the Colleges; I help faculty understand their rights and responsibilities as described in the RFP; and I provide guidance in seeking resolution if someone feels a violation of their rights has occurred.
