PAR Implementation Session

Each session we will cover all of the required elements of the PAR including a review of the ratified RFP language, the PAR Team and PARC committee selection, expectations of those involved, and anticipated timelines. A Canvas shell and Google application designed to facilitate the process will also be demonstrated. Bring your iPad/tablet, smartphone or laptop to experience these software tools during the presentation.


We will be soliciting feedback via a discussion area available at the Canvas site through Jan 31, 2014. The URL will be distributed at your college's meeting. The implementation team will meet to consider feedback and make edits if needed. Additional opportunities for Faculty to get acquainted with this process will be offered later in the Spring semester.


It is essential that Probationary Faculty attend as well as Appointive Faculty interested in serving on the PAR Teams or PAR Committee to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
